Construction Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead and manage all civil finishing works across the project, including high-end architectural finishes, façade interfaces, and internal fit-out elements
• Oversee execution of complex finishing packages involving auditoriums, acoustic-sensitive spaces, and luxury interior environments
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, quality benchmarks, and international finishing standards
• Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to deliver intricate detailing and bespoke finishes
• Develop and manage detailed finishing schedules, ensuring timely completion in line with overall project milestones
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and workmanship quality on-site
• Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures specific to high-spec finishing works
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all finishing activities
• Resolve technical challenges related to sequencing, material integration, and interface coordination

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with a strong focus on civil finishing works
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 or leading main contractors on large-scale, high-end projects
• Strong exposure to complex architectural projects such as cultural, hospitality, or landmark developments
• Deep understanding of finishing materials, methods, and sequencing in premium construction environments
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
