Job description / Role
• Responsible for all construction activities on site (Construction and Infrastructure).
• Attend and manage weekly and monthly meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Take required actions on site to expedite the project progress and deliverables.
Requirements
• Responsible to execute all construction activities in Project (Construction, Infrastructure, CCTV & Security Systems).
• Prepare Construction schedule in coordination with Planner / Scheduler.
• Prepare Material Take off for construction / installation activities.
• Prepare manpower / staffing plan, tools & equipment requirement for Construction.
• Manage multiple construction teams.
• Attend and manage weekly meetings with client
• Conduct meeting with subcontractors on weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager for all safety related issues.
• Coordinate with QA/ QC Manager and raise RFIs as required by QC Manual
• Prepare Method statement for all construction activities as required by client.
• Take required actions on site to expedite the project progress and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports in coordination with project planner / quantity surveyor.
• Coordinate with design team for preparation of shop drawings, record all changes in IFC design by redlining the drawings.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
• Adhere to company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the company.
