Project Manager
45-55,000 SAR per Month Lump Sum

• Are you a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager based in Dammam with a track record on Industrial, Commercial or Data Center Projects?
• Working alongside the trusted MEP Partner you will be driving the activities across the Civil, Structural & Architectural .
• This Main Contractor have a clear track record on Technology and Data Center projects across the MENA region over the past 14 Years.
• The right candidate will have a network across the local DAMMAM supply chain, clients & external consultants. This project is the first in the region so this offers local continuation of work for a business that genuinely cares about its people.
• This will help you hit the ground running and fall back on past experiences delivering on site for other sizeable Industrial & Building schemes.
• This employer will only engage with candidates that can start before the 1st of February 2026 and are based locally in KSA at present.
• You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team. Please note as the client is a MAIN Contractor this is the only experience they are after.

• You will have to protect and stand by decisions on site in relation to program and delivery
• Act in the best interests of the business ensuring strong quality and safety levels are hit at all times

Package for the right person

• Competitive Lump Sum Salary Range of 45-55,000 SAR Per Month for exceptional candidates
• Family Status, Flights & Medical
• Discretionary Bonus in relation to projects success

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
