Construction Supervision Director

Job description / Role

-Extensive experience in construction supervision of large-scale mixed-use, retail, and residential developments.
-In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and building codes/regulations.
-Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary supervision teams.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships effectively.
-Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and ensure smooth project delivery.
-Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
-15+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large mixed-use, retail, and residential projects.
-Previous experience working within a design office.
-Chartership (PE, CEng, PMP) is preferred
