WSP Middle East is seeking a construction supervision director (project director) to join our team in Al Ula, KSA for a prestigious high-end luxury hospitality project.

Responsibilities

Lead the project supervision teams to ensure that the supervision scope is fully executed and deliverables are submitted on schedule and meet client expectations.
Forge strong client relationships.
Ensure the needs and expectations of the clients are exceeded on a regular basis.
Continually look to elevate the "WSP brand" and differentiate WSP from its competitors in the way we work, our use of technology, and our overall client experience we offer.
Hold an unwavering appetite for quality across all we do u2014 the service we provide, the client interactions, the teams we build, and construction works we supervise.
Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
Ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
When required, operate as the project director and manage the project teams including architects, engineers and consultants, construction managers.
Responsible for the overall technical performance on the project.
Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated.

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
• A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our construction supervision projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.
