Consultant - Process Automation

Job description / Role

The ideal candidate is an IT professional who can manage end-to-end implementation for process automation with any of the process automation tool or development languages. During your tenure as a Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting, you will identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function and help develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy.

Your key areas of focus will be :

- Product and SI Selection
- Requirement gathering & analysis
- Requirement and Design document preparation
- Product vendor management
- Process Mapping
- Implementation management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- At least 8 years of work experience in a reputable management consulting firm
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computing Science
- Have professional certifications such as PMP and/or Prince2
- Demonstrable hands on experience in assisting clients with selecting the right process automation tools
- Experience in assisting clients with ERP and CRM product and Implementation Partner selections
- Able to incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options
- Understanding of Functional Architecture and Functional Areas
- Flawless communication skills in English. Arabic is highly beneficial
- Strong presentation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Full flexibility to travel
