SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon to join our distinguished team. This role is essential in delivering top-notch surgical care to pediatric patients facing a wide range of medical challenges.

As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon, your primary responsibility will be to perform complex surgical procedures, ensuring the highest quality of care for infants, children, and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, providing thorough assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and managing postoperative care.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement tailored surgical plans that align with best practices
• Perform a variety of intricate surgical procedures on young patients
• Oversee postoperative recovery, addressing any complications that arise
• Collaborate closely with other medical professionals to enhance patient care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric surgery

Requirements

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon
• Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery
• Extensive experience in performing a range of pediatric surgical procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Benefits

As per UAE labour law. Salary will be around AED 55,000 to 95,000.
