Responsibilities:
• Responsible for productivity, quality, and coverage metrics goals for content department
• Identifies day-to-day operational problems and suggests solutions
• Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions
• Establishes key reporting for functional area and provides reports to senior management daily, weekly and monthly
• Prioritize work allocation based on business needs with a daily/monthly frequency
• Managing resources, queue, shift management, cross training, and leave management
• Represents data and communicates effectively to handle escalations; influences decision
• Attract talent and makes right hiring decisions
• Onboard and continuously develops team
• Sets goals and holds team members accountable for performance
• Mentors/coaches associates and contributes to their growth
• Responsible to monitor the training for the new hires
• Understands performance/leadership bar and applies it to team building activities/hiring decisions

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in content center
- Excellent written & spoken English & Arabic.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making.
- Fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the site.
- Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of Associates and peers.
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
- Internet search skills
