Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Candidate will be responsible to draw the storyline for board meetings. He/she needs to have an understanding of the business and it's operations and has a business acumen to draw the storyline.

* The presentation author and content gathering specialist is the corporate storyteller that must be empathetic toward
* Proven editorial skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
* Great powers of persuasion and presentation (Visio, PowerPoint)
* Has a "nose" for the story and how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
* Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
* Excellent negotiator and mediator.
* Should have excellent research skills to gather and analyze information.
* The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding of what the Board & BoD committees need to know and how they want to consume it.
* Write high-quality, detailed and data-supported contents which are presented to Board & BoD committees.
* A passion for new technology tools (aka, using the tools you preach about) and usage of those (preferred) tools within your own blogs and social media outreach. Social DNA a plus!
* Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content.
* Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
