Content Safety Operations Officer

Job description / Role

• Be responsible for the content safety risk management work of Meituan food delivery in Saudi Arabia;
• Build a comprehensive Content safety solution based on local policy/regulatory requirements and business needs to ensure that product content has no bottom line risk. Collaborate with internal and external teams across operations, product development, and R&D to improve control accuracy and reduce costs;
• Responsible for related Content safety projects, provide Content safety guarantee schemes for important business operations and marketing activities;
• Build a Content safety emergency mechanism, handle internal security cases and public sentiment events, and reduce negative business impacts.

• Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Arabic and English as a working language, and more than 3 years of work experience;
• Be familiar with Saudi Arabian policies and regulatory requirements, understand Saudi culture and customs, and have experience in Content safety work;
• Have good skills of communication and organizational coordination, have strong resource integration capabilities.

Salary:
SAR 150,000 to 300,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
