Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the major clients in Saudi Arabia GCC that deals with manufacturing of building materials, trading, architectural and engineering etc.. Duties:
- Administration on the production operation and assurance that all work instructions and
procedures are strictly followed.
- Orchestration of production schedule.
- Development and exploration of new production methods.
- Review and assessment for potential projects
- To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding
- correct production methods
- To raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials
are properly stored in the factory
- To carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to
fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials
- To evaluate non-conforming materials/products and to decide necessary recasting, resawing and
repair
- Lean Manufacturing

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5+years of experience concrete products
- Proficient in interpreting fabrication drawings
- Innovative, team player, and ability to cope with stress
