Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor - Contractor

Our client, a leading main building contractor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing commercial team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage contracts across major building works.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide detailed contractual advice to project teams and senior management.
• Prepare and review contractual correspondence, claims, and variations.
• Support project delivery by mitigating risk and protecting commercial interests.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (essential).
• Strong background in contract administration within the main contracting environment.
• Experience working on large-scale building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Excellent knowledge of standard forms of contract (FIDIC preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous Middle East experience advantageous, but not essential.
