Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of project contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and closing.
2. Assist with contract-related issues concerning project progress, changes, and claims to maximize contract entitlements.
3. Participate in project budgeting and cost control, with regular updates on cost analysis reports.
4. Assist the Risk Manager in identifying risks in project operation.
5. Coordinate contract-related communications with employers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation in contract management and establish a standardized filing system.
7. Support the project team in completing other contract/commercial-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Law, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or contract management in the construction industry.
3. Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions, with strong negotiation and risk control skills.
4. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese being a strong advantage.
5. Strong teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills.
6. Certifications such as PMP or MRICS are preferred.
Salary:
SAR
8,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
