Would you like to be in charge of executing a full FM contract for a 400+ bed hospital in KSA?
The Position:
• We’re looking for FM Contract Manager - with hospitals background.
• The person will be accountable for planning, co-coordinating and controlling all technical and facilities management strategies and activities that ensure the contract is successfully delivered on behalf of the service provider.

Requirements
Requirements:
• 10 years plus experience of managing within an FM environment
• Previous experience in a FM healthcare environment is a MUST
• The ideal person should have demonstrated experience in business management across a diverse work force
• If based in Saudi, then transferable Iqama is required, as well
