Position Title: Manager - Contracts
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: joining ticket, yearly vacation ticket allowance, medical insurance and other benefits as per Saudi labor law

About the Client:
A renowned EPC contracting company in KSA trusted within industrial sectors across Middle East region.

Job Description:
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide contractual advice to project managers and stakeholders during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Draft contractual correspondence and manage dispute resolution processes on contract summaries, risk assessments, and commercial reports

- Male, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or in any relevant field
- At least 15 years relevant experience in contract management in Oil and Gas industry
- With proven experience handling large-scale EPC or infrastructure contracts
- Must have strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
