JASARA PMC is looking for a qualified and experienced contracts / procurement manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing both contracting and procurement activities for our civil engineering projects. Your expertise in managing contracts and procurement processes will ensure that JASARA PMC secures quality goods and services while adhering to regulatory and company standards. You will collaborate with project teams and suppliers, negotiating favorable contract terms and managing supplier relationships to optimize performance and minimize risks.

Your contribution will be key to achieving our project objectives and enhancing the sustainability of our supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, law, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in contracts and procurement management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
