Contracting Support Administrator - Saudi National

Irwin & Dow

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Ref: NP447-1473

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Those from a legal, finance or procurement background are required to join a team of global management consultants in their Riyadh office. This position is therefore required to be a Saudi National due to the government directive and only candidates of this nationality will be considered for this position.

Forming part of the Contract Services Team you will work very closely with the legal, commercial and finance divisions, acting as the single point of contact throughout the development process of the contract, constantly monitoring the work in progress (WIP) and tracking which team the contacts are awaiting approval or action from. You will not be expected to draft contracts, but will be required to implement changes and make relevant amendments following recommendations from the client and the afore mentioned teams. However, you will negotiate between all parties; both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, profitability for the organisation and as quick of a turnaround as possible (which usually within 60-100 days). It is expected that you will have a keen eye for detail as you will monitors signatures, approvals and manage all amendments through to the final copy and completed sign off of the contract.

This is a busy role that takes a high level of diligence and exceptional attention of the smallest detail as you will be managing up to 50 contracts at any one time. There is also a small number of largescale contracts with high profile clients where work on the projects will begin prior to the final signatories being added. Therefore, the ability to prioritize such and mitigate risk to the organisation is a key factor in this position.

Requirements

To be successful in obtaining this new role we require those who have critical and analytical thinking with an exceptional attention for detail, document control and contract amendment. It is expected that you will have experience within a legal, finance or procurement background for this reason. As there is a great deal of follow up and constant communication with all internal departments and external clients the successful candidate is also expected to have excellent English communications skills across all levels of seniority.
