Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working with a leading provider of Engineering and Construction Management Services on various build projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for Commercial Managers/Directors, Contracts Managers/Directors and strong Contract Administrators from a QS background. We can offer you the opportunity to make an impact on some or the words most iconic projects. Requirements
Key Criteria:
• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, LLM or related field.
• 10-20 years demonstrable experience in a commercial or contracts role on major building and infrastructure projects, ideally with 5 years GCC experience.
• If you are currently based in UK, Europe, or Australia looking to explore roles in the ME I'd still love to hear from you.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of a wide range of contracts, FIDIC, Design and build, Partnering
• Pre and Post contract work, manage bid process and tender analysis
• Negotiate finals accounts
• Identify legitimate contractual claim situations and prepare suitable and sufficient documentation to clients
