Contracts Engineer

About the Client:
A renowned EPC contracting company in Al Khobar, KSA trusted within industrial sectors across the region.

Job Description:
- Support preparation, review, and administration of subcontract agreements and related documentation
- Assist in negotiation of subcontract terms, pricing, and commercial conditions with vendors/subcontractors
- Track subcontractor progress, deliverables, and ensure timely invoice verification and processing.
- Maintain contract records, variations, correspondence, and support resolution of contractual issues

- Must be bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Min 7 years’ experience on same role for Construction projects within Oil & Gas sector
- Proven skills in supporting commercial and contractual functions within EPC or construction environments
- Should have solid understanding of subcontracting, contract documentation, and basic claims processes

Salary:
SAR 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
