Contracts Manager - Saudi

My Client is a leading contractor that have been operating internationally for more than 70 years.
They are currently seeking Contracts Managers for Mega projects in Saudi.

The contractor is a westerner company that has won 2 mega projects based in Riyadh and have requested 2 highly skilled contractor Managers with build experience such as Villas, Malls, Hotels, Residential.

Requirements

• Middle East and Western project experience Necessary.
• Western educated.
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management
• Experience with Villas, Malls, Hotels, Residential or ancillary buildings

My client is looking for an immediate start due to a departure within the company.

Candidates with immediate availability or who live in Saudi at the moment will be preferred.
