CONTRACTS MANAGER
Location The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary Up to 50,000 SAR Plus Flights, Accommodation, Food

$200 Million USD Project that's iconic to the success of the 2029 Asian Winter Games. Project consists of complex concrete structures, substructures, earthworks & geotechnical work. Contracts Manager with a strength of FIDIC experience & dispute resolution ?

Representing the Main Contractor as the Contracts Manager on site you will be driving the commercial, contractual and correspondence on site with the International PMC.

You will possess strong communication skills to manage change up and downstream.

Our client are seeking a Contracts / Claims Manager to site on site reporting to the Senior Contracts Head.

This project consists of large scale concrete structures, earthworks, drainage and geotechnical works to support Major Ski Slopes under construction for the Ski Resort.

The Client

• Civil Engineering Contractor that has a strength within Roadworks, Industrial , Infrastructure & Utilities
• 30 Years + successful trading
• Strong record of project delivery across KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait & Qatar
• You will be protecting the clients contractual rights and challenging key aspects with the client. The role will involve huge amounts of the following:

Contract administration
• Monitoring contractual change and variations (Change management)
• Negotiation & Dispute resolution
• Financial management
• Compliance and reporting
• Can you issue a strong letter that not only states and protects your position but also opens the door for a negotiation and middle ground to be met. This is where the real art of claims & contracts management comes into play for our client. You will be a wordsmith able to see an angle and strategy that other’s have missed.

• 10 Years experience in Contracts & Commercial Management for a Main Contractor
• Degree in Law, Construction Management & Engineering
• MRICS & LLM is an added advantage
• Strong contract law and awareness handling variations, claims and disputes
• An inner working knowledge of FIDIC contract’s in the Middle East
• Happy to work a 6 day week in line with the project team on site

• Lump Sum Monthly Package up to 50,000 SAR Per Month
• Accommodation, Food & 1 Return Trip home to the UAE per Month

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
