Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead the Contracts Department for the MEP division, ensuring best practices in contract administration and management.
• Oversee and advise on all contractual matters across multiple projects in KSA and UAE.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on risk management, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts in line with FIDIC and other industry-standard forms.
• Work closely with project teams, commercial managers, and senior leadership to drive contract compliance and performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance for all contractual activities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Contracts Management, specifically within MEP projects.
• Proven track record of managing contracts across large-scale projects in the GCC region.
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in risk management, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make strategic contract decisions.

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
