Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Manager to join our team based in [City, Country]. This position is responsible for [One sentence summary].

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Demonstrating experience and capability in a wide range of consultant agreements and construction contracts.
• Demonstrating experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
• Communicating verbally and in writing with proven attention to detail, maintaining positive client relationships and a professional firm image.
• Understanding, identifying, and assessing project and contract risks.
• Preparing and managing project contracts.
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Organizing, leading, and motivating people.

Qualifications

High rise buildings - hospitality experience

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Masters in Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
