JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced contracts manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while optimizing contractual opportunities.

Your expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration will be crucial as you collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive contract documents, conducting risk assessments, and providing insights for decision-making processes. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure that JASARA PMC operates within the framework of all agreed-upon contract terms.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will also provide guidance on contract-related issues and disputes, making recommendations for resolution that safeguard the interests of both the organization and its partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, law, or engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management within the construction or engineering industry.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and experience with FIDIC and related contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with contract management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
