Position Title: Contracts Manager -KSA
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22K SAR depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Al Khobar, KSA

About the Client:
A renowned EPC contracting company in Al Khobar, KSA trusted within industrial sectors across Middle East region.

Job Description:
• Lead full lifecycle management of subcontracts including drafting, administration, amendments, and close-out.
• Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, variations, and contractual conditions with subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with scope, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage contractual risks, claims, disputes, and ensure alignment with project and client requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction/Engineering within Oil & Gas sector
• Must have proven skills in handling large scale projects in GCC (subcontract administration, claims management, and commercial negotiations)
• Must have ARAMCO and or ADNOC experience

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
