Contracts Manager - Facility Management

We are currently seeking for a Contracts Manager role based in Riyadh, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is one of the leading Facilities Management companies in GCC.\

The Contracts Manager is to manage the Contracts (terms and conditions) from a Commercial / Legal point of view and to oversee contractual and commercial aspects of the Project and manage any matters raised. A contract manager needs to understand the advantages and pitfalls of contracts and be familiar with a plethora of contract details

Qualifications:
• Degree level Education
• +10 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts management
• Must be able to develop negotiate and review contracts preferably within the FM sector.
• Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
