Contracts Manager (PMC)

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:
- Develop, implement, and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and responsibilities.
- Handle contract negotiations and amendments.
- Manage Prequalification of EPC Bidders, Perform EPC Market analysis , Manage EPC Bidding, EPC Evaluation and EPC execution phases preferably in food, dairy and pharma industries
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts.

Project Oversight:
- Monitor progress and ensure it aligns with contractual terms.
- Prepare contract specifications, presentations, and documentation.

Contractual and Commercial Support:
- Provide contractual and commercial guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet contract and client requirements.

Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for all contractual matters.
- Develop and manage systems for expediting responses to queries from contractors and project management teams.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience: 15 years plus Total Experience with minimum 5 years of experience in contract management in food, dairy and pharma industry Projects or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within a PMC in related industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of contract forms, contracting methods, and contract administration. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
