Role & Responsibility:
• Responsible for the preparation and issue of various contract packages for tendering as well as management of bidder queries/clarifications and conducting pre-award meetings
• Administers assigned contracts – including assessment of payment applications and variations, tracking deliverables, payment/progress assessments and periodic status reporting to management.
• Identification and resolution of Contract claims as they develop, including engagement of other project team members where necessary. Prepares and manages all contractual correspondence/communications and facilitates contract progress and other meetings as required.
• Prepares and maintains accurate and complete contract files, correspondence, change records, registers and logs for the proper administration of assigned contracts.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Recognized degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Contracts and / or Commercial

Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in procurement of contracts/contract administration, pricing, law, negotiations, accounting and/or cost management – within engineering/construction field on large scale infrastructure projects.
• Developing and recommending potential solutions to contractual problems to management.
• Organised and experience working in compliance with documented processes/procedures
• Effective English business writing and oral communication skills
• Competency in MS Office suite
