Employment: Full Time

Leading the Corporate Applications organisation towards delivering reliable and cost effective services as well as bringing in value-added Applications to manage & control financial, HR and support functions that will provide the organisation with a competitive edge.

Client Details

We are currently working with a Multi billion dollar business undergoing a major technology transformations, currently looking to use cutting edge technology to drive their business forward.

Description

* Implement standard project management processes, tools and methodology by ensuring good architecture, scope, CPM, resource roles and clear deliverable are identified from initial stage up to post-implementation support
* Develop a 3-5 years Applications roadmap and a yearly action plan based on the company strategy and business requirements (expansion, cost saving projects, POS etc.) and in collaboration with the other IT functions
* Recommend new business opportunities, new systems and processes for ERP Corporate applications through adequate selection of technologies & solutions to ensure standardization and consolidation
* Define and document overall business systems architecture and interfaces between different systems according to business strategy and industry standards
* Manage complex projects such as ERP implementation / business intelligence & analytics in corporate applications in coordination with business team and system integrator consultants to ensure deliverables are in alignment with organizational goals
* Manage team that handle Finance, HR, procure to pay cycle and Inventory Applications
* Provide the necessary training, knowledge transfers and coaching to Corporate Applications Team in part / full project phases
* Develop and deploy Service Level Agreement (SLA) and promote ITIL standard practices
* Run regular customer satisfaction surveys across BUs and develop action plans to improve costumer's IT experience.

Requirements

* 10+ years of strong IT experience including ERP management mainly Oracle EBS/Fusion (Financials, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Property Management etc.)
* Advanced Technical and Managerial Certifications (ITIL, PMP, OCP, OBIEE etc.)
* In-depth knowledge of ERP solutions (Financials, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Property Management)
* Working knowledge of ERP systems, ERP Platforms (IBM, HP…), Operating Systems (Linux, OS400,) and Databases (Oracle, DB2 SQL…)
* Experience in BPR & systems design
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Very Strong Program management skills
