Job description / Role
We are urgently seeking and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a leading law firm based in the Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
The firm has a International Association, which is soon to further bolster its presence in the region, and they are seeking to build on this with the hire of an experienced, corporate focused lawyer to join them. Ideally as soon as possible.
The chosen Corporate Lawyer will be expected to "hit the ground running" and be in a position to work directly with high profile clients on a face to face basis.
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Candidates will require:
- Hold a licence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Have several years of experience working within private practice
- Confident with both Corporate and Commercial transactions in Saudi Arabia
- Able to start at relatively short notice
- Ideally have a JD or and LLM from a western jurisdiction
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
