Leading International Law Firm - Corporate and & Finance Lawyer
Saudi Arabia - Jeddah based
US International Law Firm
A client of Search's. Are seeking a Mid Level Corporate and Finance lawyer for their office in Saudi Arabia.
The firm are know for their high profile and high end Corporate transactions in the GCC and Globally. They have developed a strong presence in the Market and are at the forefront of a number of ground braking transactions.
Corporate Lawyers will need to have the following to be considering:
- Worked at a recognised international law firm (this is a prerequisite)
- Have steller academics from a common law jurisdiction (this is a prerequisite)
- Have some level of exposure to the GCC region. (ideally Saudi but any jurisdiction will do)
- Confident in corporate and corporate finance work.
- Able to work with being monitored but able to work as part of a collective group.
- Admitted formally as a lawyer.
All candidates will be considered if they fit the above specifications.
The salary will be variable due to the jurisdiction and but will vary between $150,000 and $230,000
Requirements
