Corporate Associate - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia - US Law Firm
Leading Saudi Law Firm with US International Association - Legal 500
A leading firm based in the Saudi, Riyadh, are seeking a senior Attorney for their Commercial & Corporate team in Riyadh. They are ideally seeking a common law admitted (but the very least educated) lawyer with some level of exposure to the GCC.
The firm is well regarded in the commercial field having build up a practise in the Saudi and looking to build upon this with this particular hire. The firm has in position several high level clients who are using them exclusively as outside counsel on overseas corporate and commercial transactions.
Ideally candidates will have been admitted in a recognised common law jurisdiction and have at least 5 years PQE+. Candidates will have a proved track record in non contentious matters and be confident in their ability to advise and assist high profile clients in the region.
The client is seeking candidates who are committed to the region for the long term and looking to make a career move.
Salary is dependent on the candidate in question but will be based at a London international rate.
Requirements
- Common law educated
- Admitted to practise law in Saudi Arabia.
- Confident in overseas corporate matters
- Have some level of management experience and be confident in managing their case load.
- Have worked alongside several GCC based clients and familiar with the market.
- Worked within a leading international practise in Saudi
Ideally candidates will:
- Be admitted in a common law jurisdiction
- Have some business development ability
