Corporate Communications Manager - Saudi National

Job description / Role

We're looking to recruit a Corporate Communications Manager for an oil and gas company based in Jeddah, with a primary focus on internal communication, employee engagement, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* To manage the development and implementation of the company's corporate marketing, communication and PR activities
* Maintaining and building the corporate identity, brand and image
* Budget management and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified
* Strong initiatives towards internal communication to connect and engage staff in the most efficient manner
* Develop and manage the content of an intranet platform ensure it is a source of current, accurate and relevant information for all internal staff
* Develop and manage media relations by acting as the focal point to secure prime visibility for the company

Requirements

Key Requirements:

* Should be Saudi National
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in Communications and PR
* A Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or equivalent
* Fluency in both Arabic and English
* Knowledge of digital communications tools

Due to the government's program on Saudization - this role is open for Saudi Nationals preferred
