Overview

The Corporate Compliance Specialist serves as an advisor and is a recognized subject matter expert, in the areas of the company's regulatory compliance/ethics programs. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and update of the Company's regulatory compliance/ethics programs. You will provide counsel and guidance to the Company within your area of expertise and occasionally represent the company on compliance matters with external agencies and third-parties.

Saudi Aramco's Law Organization is growing in response to a broad corporate initiative that involves the continued growth of its exploration, production, refining and marketing, along with expansion into petrochemicals, renewables, power and other sectors of the energy business. Duties & Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance, within areas of expertise, on complex compliance issues.
2. Plan and coordinate operational activities, develop risk management strategies, and document compliance program activities within area of expertise.
3. Provide counsel, guidance and training to the Company on aspects of the Company's compliance program. Provide consultative services to subsidiaries and affiliates in all areas of regulatory compliance /ethics areas.
4. Studies, reports on internal compliance violations, and resolves compliance issues and deviations. Recommends appropriate disciplinary action.
5. Represents, as appropriate, the Company on compliance matters with external organizations. May be assigned responsibility for the company's oversight responsibilities to its subsidiaries and affiliates.
6. Participates in meetings with internal and external organizations. Consults with internal organizations to develop data, exchange information, and improves compliance processes and activities.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

The minimum requirements for this position include:
1. A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Computer & Information Systems, Law or any other related degree.
2. A Master's Degree and related certifications, such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or International Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) are highly preferred.
3. Ethics, compliance and/or business conduct experience, program rollout and support experience (5 years) is preferred.
