Job description / Role
JEX Personnel are on the lookout for a Corporate Lawyer, Saudi Admitted, to come in and join a leading team in Riyadh.
The chosen candidates will have had several years of solid experience operating at a professional level within a law firm and be comfortable advising clients directly on a multitude of Corporate matters, including:
- M&A
- Start/ Set ups
- JV
- Due Diligence
- Discovery
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will be comfortable working directly with clients and have a proven track record on corporate matters in the region, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
Suitable lawyers will also require:
- To be fully licensed in Saudi Arabia
- Have t least some form of education from a recognized jurisdiction
- At least 4 years of experience after training.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
