Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global US technology company who is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to play a lead role in relation to the company's activities in Saudi Arabia. The role will be to work closely with the senior management of the business in relation to expansion of its activities in KSA.
The role requires a bilingual (Arabic and English) lawyer with a high calibre background who is comfortable drafting and negotiating high value, complex corporate, commercial, IT and other legal documents and matters arising from the business's activities in KSA. This role is exceptional alternative for an ambitious individual. The business is interested in a technically strong lawyer with experience gained as in-house legal counsel with a multi-national corporation or coming from an international law firm and looking to make the move in-house.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 plus years' high calibre corporate and commercial legal experience. This can be gained either in KSA, the UAE or other major Middle Eastern hubs and open to relocating to Riyadh.
