We are seeking a Western admitted, experienced, lawyer for an overseas/ International law firm in Saudi Arabia.

Out client would ideally like to have someone based in Riyadh, but they would be open to other Saudi cities if appropriate. However, the client is seeking an individual who is familiar working in the Saudi market and wants to be permanently based on the ground.

The client is wanting an individual who they are seeking to build a long-term relationship with and grow both respective businesses.

Salary:
SAR 75,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Ideally candidates will:

- Fully licensed in recognised western jurisdiction
- Have been educated in either the US or UK. (Admittance in either would be a bonus but not a requirement)
- Experience operating within private practice law for several years ideally within an international law firm
- Ideally have a book of business that they are willing to commit to however a proven Riyadh/ KSA network with they can leverage can possibly be considered.
- Ideally someone who has been stable in their position, someone who hasn't moved around consistently throughout their career
- Proven track record and committed to the KSA market

As applicants can appreciate salary will be dependent on several factors including
- Overall experience
- Book of business if they have one.
- Network if not
- Confidence in their ability
- Management ability

Your current salary maybe factor but will not be the driving force behind these negotiations. If the above are high enough then Equity will be offered immediately.

About the Company

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
