Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tendering Manager to join our clients team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire tendering process, ensuring that bids are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with corporate objectives and market rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tender management and a deep understanding of the civil construction sector in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective tendering strategies to maximize win rates for projects.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies and pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Review and analyze bid documents, ensuring all requirements are addressed and deadlines are met.
- Engage with clients and representatives during the clarification process to ensure all queries are resolved professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate tendering processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in future bids.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, reports, and outcomes for organizational learning and reference.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Must currently be located in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in tendering and bid management within the civil construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the tender process, procurement processes, and competitive tendering principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proven leadership qualities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred, with strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness to manage stakeholder relations effectively.

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 42,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
