Employment: Full Time

Cost Controller Inspiring and engaging. As a Cost Controller, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to Coordinates with Food & Beverage and other departments involved in matters affecting cost reduction and control and Supervises daily inventory of perishables.

What you will be doing:

- Coordinates with Food & Beverage and other departments involved in matters affecting cost reduction and control, and systems and procedures for control of items.
- Supervises daily inventory of perishables.
- Sees to the implementation of and conducts spot checks on control procedures affecting receiving, storing, issuing, costing, portion control and forecasting as established by the Hotel.
- Finalizes, reviews, and analyses all cost reports for Asst. Director of Finance
- Coordinates with Food & Beverage Manager on costing of banquets, special events, etc.
- To ensure that all purchase requests, other than inventory items, are approved by the General Manager and Controller

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Prior experience working with Material Control or a related system.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
