Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop resource-loaded critical path network schedules, provided percent complete, budget, recorded costs, commitments, forecasts, and earned value analysis.
• Analyze & monitor construction projects to address major concerns for large scale construction projects including scheduling, cost/budgeting value analysis, risk management, and closeout.
• Coordinate change orders, cost estimates, Request for Information, and Submittals.
• Prepare monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, cash flow, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Undertake invoice review for accuracy and identifying possible cost savings and close-out, benchmarking of final project costs
• Coordinate with vendor finance, procurement, and project managers along with project controls group
• Perform other project controls duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required to Execute the Role:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Chartered or Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is desirable
• Knowledge of construction supervision services
• Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good planning and organization skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strong time management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Experience Required to Execute the Role:
• At least 15 years of experience (10+ years for Saudi Nationals) with demonstrated experience in Buildings mega projects in a contracting company or a construction supervision function
• Must have been spent in significant similar Buildings engineering and project supervisory assignments as such wherein involving independent decisions and comparative responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience on large, multi-million dollar Buildings Projects
• Previous Saudi Aramco experience is preferred
