Job description / Role
We are currently hiring a Project Costing Manager experienced in facility management for one of our clients in KSA. The job location is based in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project cost reports and forecasts
• Ensure alignment of project budgets with contract requirements
• Track and control actual costs against budgets across multiple facilities projects
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Prepare financial reports for management and support audits
• Liaise with procurement, operations, and FM service teams to validate costs
Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or PMP are an advantage
• Certification or training in facilities or asset management is a plus
Experience:
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost control, project finance, or quantity surveying
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory costing role within the facilities management, construction, or real estate sector
• Experience working with maintenance, soft/hard services, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting is highly desirable
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), and project management tools
• Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, cost-plus, unit price) and vendor management
• Understanding of building systems, maintenance cycles, and service-level costing
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
