Country Legal & Integrity Manager

Job description / Role

We are urgently looking for a Country Legal & Integrity Manager for one of our major clients in Riyadh with experience in the Energy and Power sector.

You will be responsable for:
- Legal Advice
- Contract negotiation
- Legal strategies
- Governance
- Company guidelines and instructions
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- External service providers
- Budget
- People leadership and development

Requirements

- You must hold a Bachelors' Degree or Master's Degree in Law ideally from a Leading University.
- 12+ Years Work Experience including International Experience.
- Excellent English & Arabic languages are mandatory and knowledge of Saudi Arabian Sharia Law is a plus.
- Track record in Leadership, Good Communication, Experience both In-house and with Law Firm, preferably also Experience in Compliance.
- Experience in the Energy or Power sector.
