Job description / Role
Country Manager - Saudi Arabia
- Handling the entire Beauty Care business
- Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the current market situation to identify opportunities and threats
- Driving in-market sales in line with yearly targets
- Managing Saudi budget for trade activities and customer activations
- Negotiating and aligning yearly business plans with Saudi partners
- Observing and improving the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis through coaching and leading by example
- Driving the performance of trade, merchandising and commercial activities in the market to maximize brand visibility
Requirements
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a country manager in an FMCG company
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Exceptional knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Revenue & Stock Management
- Experience in Traditional Trade and Beauty Care business would be a plus
- A self-motivated and customer oriented person with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage different customers
