Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Country Manager for a Luxury Brand in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the strategy, plan, and budgets while monitoring the performance of the turnover, sell-out and gross margin
* Monitor KPI's and set targets based on the action plan and provide recommendations
* Work with the team in Dubai regarding launches, marketing campaigns, PR, after-sales service and VM to maintain brand message and guidelines
* Analyse sales, forecast for future sales to support future planning
* Monitor and manage the stocks and inventory (inventory quantity, stock turnover, terminal stock, stock movement)
* Work alongside the logistics team to ensure stock delivery
* Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong relationships with clients
* Manage the procurement activity for the day to day operations
* Manage the negotiation for products and services
* Monitor the market trends and customer behaviour
* Provide leadership, support and training to the team focusing on the brand and customer service
* Assist with the recruitment process in hiring the right candidates and focus on team development
* Manage the sales team commission scheme that will result to effectiveness and profitability

Requirements

Qualifications

* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury Retail in KSA
* Strong leadership and organizational skills (ability to lead and manage a team)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
