Position Title: Country Procurement Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15,000 SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits as per KSA Labor Law
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Client:
The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and International Flavours.

Job Role:
• Day to day management of a team of Procurement / Administration staff; setting and managing their growth and potential
• Evaluating supplier’s products within the region and KSA typically
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreement
• Analyze and review company supplier agreements including terms, payment, delivery & logistics to ensure efficiencies/cost reduction

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or MBA (preferred)
• 5 years commercial experience in procurement & purchasing at a corporate level across a wide range of products in KSA
• Minimum of 3 years procurement management experience
• Strong understanding of food and beverage logistics / supply chain management / purchasing
• Excellent presentation skills with a keen ability to negotiate with suppliers long term relationships and an ethical approach to business is essential
• Must have strong people management skills, ability to motivate a team, work under pressure and handle short notice tasks
• Good computer skills in particular MS Office suite; excel must be of a high standard
• Strong communication skill in English is essential
• Ability to travel regionally & internationally as required
• Must be available to join immediately
