Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Coaching, motivating, developing and leading field force team (Team Leaders & Medical Representatives) in terms of objective setting, daily activities, reports, skills upgrading, target achievement, monthly forecasting.

Managing and developing exceptional relations with healthcare providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – like Doctors, Key Opinion Leaders, key decision makers, society leaders, board members and pharmacists in both private and government hospitals.

- Budgeting, target allocation, stock management, expenses, tactical plant development and implementation and assigning relevant field force structure.
- In charge for all institution (MOH, NGH, KFMC, ETC) & enlisting process of brands in insurance companies.
- Plan, divide and revise sales targets for the team based on the set target by the management.
- Review and analyze sales figures of the team by arranging weekly & monthly sales review meetings.
- Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.
- Report market feedback directly to Synergy Pharma, analyze and propose suggestions and solutions.
- Complete all administrative task accurately and in timely fashion.
- Arranging campaigns related to the company products, in all levels doctors, pharmacies and end users.
- Expand customer base by analyzing competitors’ activities, marketing moves and suggesting corrective actions.

Requirements

Educational qualification:
- B Pharm or M Pharm. MBA in Marketing would be an advantage

Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of experience as Senior Sales Manger, Sales Director or Country Sales Manager
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory
- Experience in managing multicultural work force
- Preference would be given to KSA Nationals
