The Company

Our client, a leading provider of temporary energy solutions across the GCC are looking to hire a Country Sales Manager. This is an integral role and would only suit someone with proven experience in the industry. You will lead the entire sales division, developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the organisation. You must have experience within KSA and be used to leading a large, complex sales team.

The Role

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Lead countrywide sales team members to achieve sales targets
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
* Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
* Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
* Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders
* Completing performance reviews
* Networking with potential business partners and clients
* Managing large client contracts
* Building strategies for improving employee performance
* Nationwide travel

Requirements

The Candidate

* Extensive experience in KSA
* Perfect written and spoken English
* Proven track record managing a national sales team
* Experience in the temporary energy solutions industry is essential
* Strong negotiation and business development skills
