Course Officer

Job description / Role

To design, develop and deliver all English Language assessment carried out in support of the ATS within NGSS and wider regions in accordance with the quality management system. Produce data and report on performance to ensure that NGSS is consistent and meets both internal and external requirements in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

• Course Design, Examinations & Assessment Level 2 or above
• Minimum of 2 years experience of teaching/Instruction
• Minimum of two years office administration
• Skilled in the use of MS Office software Word, Excel, Access and Project
• Preparing questions banks and assessment papers
• Designing and preparing spreadsheet solutions
• Preparing concise reports in English
• Preparing management reports
• Have the highest level of personal and professional integrity
• Have an analytical and logical approach
• Be a self starter
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be fluent in Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening in the English Language
