Job description / Role
Support Credit control backend system and frontend BMS with capabilities like:
- Skills of collection in Business environment in managing channel partners with end2end ownership
- Effective recovery management and settlement of inactive accounts
- Barring
- Unbarring
- Collection management, etc.
- Validation of Barring/Un-Barring request
- Minimum (5-8) years on management CRMS / CC systems Credit Risk Management System
- First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Validating and processing of vendor payouts on time
- Acting as a SPOC Validation of Restoration/Barring Requests
- Expertise for managing overall Collection Activities for Life Cycle management Accounts
- Focus on Pre-Due Date collection to ensure effective account management
Requirements
