Job description / Role
- Monitor all CS CN related nodes.
- Ability to make general analysis, as well as analysis of problems / degradations and identify root cause.
- Routine Reporting.
- Handle all special requests coming from customer performance team .
- (2nd priority but ability to do this would be a plus: automating reports)
Requirements
- Very strong understanding of CS CN Technology
- Worked at least 4 years as CS CN Back Office Engineer or CS CN Performance Engineer.
- Strong Excel skills
- Programming skills is a plus
- BSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related domain.
- Good working attitude, good cooperation attitude, good analytical skills and can working under huge pressure.
